Our scheduled jetting service uses 4000psi water jets to scour fats, scale, roots and silt from your pipework before they cause a blockage. We offer one-off annual jetting for domestic properties and fully-managed contracts for pubs, restaurants, care homes and commercial kitchens — with documented site logs to satisfy health-and-safety and insurance audits. Every visit includes a brief CCTV check of critical runs.

What to expect

  1. 1 Call or submit a quote request. We take your postcode, describe the problem and book the nearest available engineer — usually within the hour for emergencies.
  2. 2 On-site diagnosis. The engineer inspects and diagnoses — using CCTV where needed — before quoting. No work starts until you approve a fixed price.
  3. 3 Repair or clearance. Work is carried out using professional-grade equipment. You receive a written report on completion.
  4. 4 Guarantee. All work is covered by our workmanship guarantee. If the same issue returns within the guarantee period, we return free of charge.

How often should drains be jetted?
Domestic drains benefit from a jet every 12-24 months. High-use commercial kitchens should be jetted quarterly to stay ahead of grease build-up.
Does jetting damage pipes?
No. Our engineers use pressure and nozzle combinations matched to the pipe material — 4000psi is safe for vitrified clay, cast iron, PVC and concrete in good condition.
What's included in a maintenance contract?
Scheduled visits, jetting of nominated runs, CCTV spot-checks, full digital reporting and priority emergency response at preferential rates.
Is this worth it for a private house?
If you've had more than one blockage in the last two years, yes. A single annual jet is usually cheaper than one reactive emergency callout.
